Class Description
A dynamic, heat-building session designed to improve your mobility, balance, and total-body strength. For those who want a fun challenge and to leave with a smile! Expect fluid vinyasa-style movements to get your heart rate up, targeted holds and bodyweight challenges to build strength, and active stretching to work on mobility. Finishing with a well-earned recovery to reset your nervous system. All levels welcome, modifications are offered to make this class work for you! Please bring your own mat and bottle of water to this class.
